RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with business partners to understand their goals and objectives, develop analytic requirements, provide answers to business questions, make recommendations, and join forces in driving business improvement and optimization
• Producing, developing and maintaining regular reporting solutions for key stakeholders.
• Develop performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with senior leadership.
• Use data to tell a story. Conduct ad-hoc and in-depth analytics to identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating findings to cross-functional groups.
• Experience using SQL to discover, aggregate and extract data, Comfortable with pulling, joining, re-shaping and analyzing large, disparate and complex datasets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or in progress with a focus on quantitative fields such Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, etc.  Postgrad degree a plus
• Highly analytical, accurate and with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions independently
• Willingness to take the initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities
• Knowledge of databases and experience using SQL to discover, aggregate and extract data is beneficial, as is experience working with large datasets
•  Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Comfortable interpreting and manipulating data. Familiarity with analytical techniques, including trend analysis, forecasting, and experiment design.
• Knowledge of analytical programming languages e.g. R/Python a bonus.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau and Data Studio 
• Can-do attitude and learner mindset, eager and willing to explore new business/technical areas.  
• Large dataset experience (e.g., GCP, AWS) a plus.
