QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school education or equivalent is required
• Ability to work under stress & meet payroll deadlines
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, namely Excel
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
• Experience with Kronos
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
• Must be detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills and be able to multi task
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily Payroll Time Sheet Edits and other payroll duties
• Process vacation and pay adjustment forms
• Weekly Payroll tasks
• Back up other duties as needed
• Attention to detail and thoroughness while maintaining competency in completing tasks promptly
• Responsible for all aspects of employee payroll administration, including data entry of new hires, terminations, and employee updates, such as changes to titles/divisions/pay rates, tax statutes, insurance coverage, and direct deposits
• Responsibilities include collecting timekeeping information, assisting in calculating pay and deductions, and extensive data processing to ensure timely payroll delivery each week

PAY SCALE:

• $18 - $30 per hour
